While it’s up to you to get your mind right to take on Tough Mudder, we are here to help you train your body. You don’t need to be an elite athlete to earn the orange headband but that doesn't give you an excuse not to train. We just want to make sure you’re there to help your teammates when they need it most.

We've teamed up with Australia's biggest fitness community Anytime Fitness to ensure you’re still standing when you cross that finish with expert tips, training plans and nutrition plans.
