Team Relay Categories
This year you can share the glory, if you choose, in one of our all-new 2, 4-person or Open Team Relay formats.
Every team member must complete their first and last laps together with a minimum of 2 athletes on course for every lap in between. Teams can be comprised of any gender. Each team has one timing chip to be carried by an actively running athlete.

How To Create/Join A Team
You can join a team no matter what type of ticket you bought. To be eligible for a team category, each team must create a team in the Active.com registration platform and have added all members 3-weeks prior to the event.
Support Crew
Grab a Toughest Mudder Support Crew ticket for exclusive access to the Overnight Mudder Village along with the hospitality tent for assisting runners on Saturday and Sunday. Maximum of two support crew members per participant and maximum of 5 per team. Support crew must be over the age of 12. If support crew is between the ages of 12 – 17 they must be accompanied by a chaperone, 18+ years old.
