Roxy’s own experience of anxiety and depression resulted in a major life change: “I took time out of my career and relocated from overseas to be closer to my Australia and PNG family and friends. I started regular counselling sessions, taking time to look after my mental health and started to get well again.” she explains.


This year, Roxy is taking on the gruelling Tough Mudder obstacle course in support of beyondblue. “It’s a great way to get fit, have fun and make a difference in the lives of those experiencing anxiety or depression.”
