Described as the ideal Tough Mudder location, Glenworth Valley provides the perfect mix of muddy flats, rocky passes and thick shrub for Tough Mudder Sydney Presented by Merrell. Guaranteed to have the most amount of mud at any Australian event, your legs will be crying for some hard ground.
16+ KM, 20+ Obstacles
Heading direct from the States this course will include all the new obstacles and of course our most iconic and best-loved ones as well. Think Arctic Enema 2.0 gave you the shivers, wait ‘til you meet Arctic Enema the Rebirth.

All spectators are welcome. Anyone who wants access to the course or event will need to have a spectator pass to enter. Spectators tickets are sold in advance online and on-site. Please note that on-site prices are higher than online. Anyone under the age of 13-years old is free. That's right, free. No need to sign them up. Just bring them along on event weekend.

Penrith: 1 hr., 15 mins.
Sydney Airport: 1 hr., 10 mins.
Manly Beach: 1 hr., 5 mins.
Canberra: 3 hrs., 45 mins.
All attendees must purchase a parking pass to park on site at the event. Save time and money by purchasing your parking pass now. Quantities are limited.
Premium Parking: Want to be that Rockstar Mudder? Well Premium Parking is just for you. Park the closest to the Village and your legs will thank you in the afternoon. $40.00
General Parking: Pre-pay your General Parking and make entry to Tough Mudder as easy as possible. Car Pool to make it cheaper and save the planet Mudders. $25.00
Handicapped Parking: will be available close to Mudder Village. Ensure handicapped pass is visible.

Or if you're more of a camper, you can camp at the beautiful Glenworth Valley campsite, a short walk to our event village, with hot showers, toilets and picnic tables. All participants and spectators must sign a waiver to gain entry to the event. Save time: print and sign your waiver.
Start times will be emailed out to participants approximately 10 days before the event. If members of the same team are assigned to different start times, the entire team is permitted to join the start time assigned to others in the team.
What to do
WHAT TO BRING
CONFIRMATION EMAIL: Print your registration confirmation email before arriving at check-in.
SIGNED WAIVER: Print and sign your waiver before arriving on-site. This will speed up your check-in process.
PHOTO ID: A valid, government-issued photo ID with name, signature, photo and birth date is mandatory to verify your registration. Think: Government ID, Proof of Age card, or Passport.
CASH: Concessions, Beverages, Merchandise and the other great souvenirs can all be purchased with cash. No ATMs will be available in Mudder Village, we strongly encourage bringing cash with you. We don't want to see you sad and hungry.
WHAT NOT TO BRING
DRONES: For safety reasons, no drones are allowed on site.
DOGS: No dogs are allowed on site. Service dogs excepted.
ALCOHOL: No BYO allowed on site.
WHAT TO WEAR
Normal running shoes. SPIKES OR CLEATS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
Warm/dry clothing to change into after the event.
Costumes. Creativity. A sense of humor.
Optional: Hydration system filled with water
