Set within the rolling hills of St Anne’s Winery, this is the perfect introduction to the world of Tough Mudder Half Melbourne Presented by Merrell, with our 9km Half format. Take your first step towards a community of 2 million strong as you get down and dirty.

9km & 10+ obstacles

Challenge yourself with some of our most iconic Tough Mudder obstacles. Yes the Tough Mudder Half doesn’t have the ice or the electricity, but it guarantees a lot of mud and plenty of laughs – and then head for a vino.

We're excited to announce that we've recently lowered the age limit, so mudders over the age of 14 can now participate in the HALF only with a guardian/chaperone who is over 18.

SPECTATORS

All spectators are welcome. Anyone who wants access to the course or event will need to have a spectator pass to enter. Spectators tickets are sold in advance online and on-site. Please note that on-site prices are higher than online. Spectators under the age of 13-years old are free. That's right, free. No need to sign them up. Just bring them along on event weekend to spectate.

WAIVERS

All participants and spectators must sign a waiver to gain entry to the event. Save time: print and sign your waiver. We will also have waivers available on event day.

START TIMES

Start times will be emailed out to participants approximately 10 days before the event. If members of the same team are assigned to different start times, the entire team is permitted to join the start time assigned to others in the team.

 

What to do

WHAT TO BRING

CONFIRMATION EMAIL: Print your registration confirmation email before arriving at check-in.

SIGNED WAIVER: Print and sign your waiver before arriving on-site. This will speed up your check-in process.

PHOTO ID: A valid, government-issued photo ID with name, signature, photo and birth date is mandatory to verify your registration. Think: Licence, Proof of Age card, or Passport.

CASH: Concessions, Beverages, Merchandise and the other great souvenirs can all be purchased with cash. No ATMs will be available in Mudder Village, we strongly encourage bringing cash with you. We don't want to see you sad and hungry.

WHAT NOT TO BRING

DRONES: For safety reasons, no drones are allowed on site.

DOGS: No dogs are allowed on site. Service dogs excepted.

ALCOHOL: No BYO allowed on site.

WHAT TO WEAR

Normal running shoes. SPIKES OR CLEATS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

Warm/dry clothing to change into after the event.

Donate your Muddy Clothes: Tough Mudder is partnering with Boots For All to dissolve the barriers to sport across Australia. You can help by donating your reusable sports footwear & clothing at the Boots For All stall at the Mudder village. Simply rinse off your reusable footwear & sports clothing at the rinse station & the Boots For All team will do the rest to get it out to those in our community to dissolve the barriers to sport!
