Roxy’s own experience of anxiety and depression resulted in a major life change: “I took time out of my career and relocated from overseas to be closer to my Australia and PNG family and friends. I started regular counselling sessions, taking time to look after my mental health and started to get well again.” she explains.
This year, Roxy is taking on the gruelling Tough Mudder obstacle course in support of beyondblue. “It’s a great way to get fit, have fun and make a difference in the lives of those experiencing anxiety or depression.”
beyondblue is thankful to have supporters like Roxy, who are passionate about making a difference to mental health in Australia and helping us reduce the stigma associated with anxiety, depression and suicide.
Join her and hundreds of others at this year’s Tough Mudder SE QLD and raise vital funds for beyondblue.

Every day, beyondblue’s 24/7 Support Service answers hundreds of phone calls, emails and webchats from people across Australia.
