2018 has seen a number of changes to different aspects of Tough Mudder aimed at ensuring a better experience for all participants. One of these changes is introduction of a refund policy in place of the previous reserve my registration transfer process, meaning it is now no longer possible to transfer your registration from one year to another.
We have replaced this process with the ability to receive a refund through cancelling your registration. In order to receive your refund, please complete the cancellation form which can be found here.
One condition of this policy is that no refund is available for any withdrawal within 60 days prior to the event. You can still receive a refund for your ticket by transferring your registration to somebody else. Click Here to read our FAQ article which explains how this process works.
